Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a Ritely account or using the Ritely desktop application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use Ritely.

2. Description of service

Ritely is a Windows dictation application that converts multilingual speech into polished English text and inserts it into the application you're using. Some features may require an account and, for higher usage, a paid subscription.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Ritely.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Ritely for unlawful purposes or to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, reverse-engineer the service, or abuse the API behind the app.
• Share your account with others or resell access to Ritely.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Ritely offers a Free plan with a daily dictation limit, and a Pro plan with unlimited dictations, billed monthly or annually via Razorpay. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Intellectual property

Ritely and its branding are owned by us. The text you dictate and its polished output belong to you — we claim no ownership over your content.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Ritely is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that dictation output will always be perfectly accurate, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ritely.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using Ritely and delete your account at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Ritely after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
