Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and [Legal entity name] (“Ritely”, “we”), [registered address], for the use of the Ritely website and app. By creating an account you accept them. This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

1. The service

Ritely edits talking-head videos you provide: it transcribes speech, adds captions and visuals, and exports a video. Automated output can contain mistakes; review every reel before you publish it.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One free trial per person and device.

3. Your content

• You keep all rights to the videos you upload and the reels you export.
• You give us a limited licence to store and process your content only to provide the service to you.
• You confirm you have the rights to everything in your videos (people, music, logos) and that your content is lawful.
• You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, sexually explicit involving minors, hateful, or that impersonates others.

4. Plans, credits and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include 18% GST. Plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel.
• New accounts get 3 free reels with a watermark. Plan reels reset each billing period; bought credits are valid for 12 months.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. Refunds follow our refund policy.
• We may change prices with at least [30] days’ notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t try to break, overload, reverse engineer or resell the service, bypass limits or create multiple accounts to get extra free reels.

6. Our styles and software

The styles, templates, animations and software remain ours. You may use them in reels you export, for any purpose, including commercial use.

7. Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the [3] months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

9. Law and disputes
